Dr Vanita Rattan Oil Melting Cleanser (100ml) is a non-comedogenic, skin brightening oil cleanser. Gently melts makeup and sunscreen, your 1st step in the double cleanse for skin of colour. Packed with anti-aging antioxidants and skin soothers, it removes all oil based dirt picked up during the day including pollution, makeup and sunscreen. STEP 1 of 6 (PM Routine).
Why is it great for skin of colour? People with skin of colour tend to use dark eye liner and highly pigmented cosmetics, which can be difficult to remove from the skin. Often, tugging and scrubbing are involved, which stretches and irritates the skin. With skin of colour we want to minimise inflammation. Dr. V Oil Melting Cleanser does the hard work so your make-up slides off easily with a wash towel or cotton pads. It is NAFE SAFE to minimise chances of irritation No Denatured Alcohol, No Fragrance and No Essential Oils.
In the evening, gently massage 2 pumps of Oil Melting Cleanser into the skin, use a cotton pad or reusable pad to gently remove makeup. Follow this with the Dr V Micellar Gel Wash and feel the clean, supple, hydrated skin ready to receive your skincare actives.
Warning: In general, only apply the products in this range on normal, clean skin, not if cracked/damaged. In the rare event of skin irritation or an allergic skin reaction, please discontinue use and contact your doctor if required.

> RETURNS & REFUNDS
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return of an unused product. The item should be returned promptly after that time.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You will be offered a replacement, partial refund or full refund depending on the nature of damage.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, less shipping fee paid. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too, and the amount you receive back may be different than what you paid if converting currencies from GBP (British Pounds).
The maximum refund in case of damages or non-delivery of item is the full value you have paid for the products including taxes and shipping. Further compensation cannot be offered for delays, errors, reactions or any other issue.
