Shipping policy
SHIPPING TIMES (can vary, estimates only*):
- UK ORDERS may take 3-5 business days to be delivered to you and we dispatch after 1-2 business days. Express courier orders are shipped next working day and take 1-2 business days for delivery in most cases.
- INTERNATIONAL ORDERS take 10-25 days to be delivered via standard shipping (or 5-10 business days via the Express Courier option) and we dispatch after 2 business days. Some remote locations can take longer.
- Average shipping times (standard / courier): USA/Canada (10 days / 7 days), France/Germany (10 days / 5 days), Australia/NZ (20 days /10 days).
- There can be delays if your item is checked by customs and they are trying to contact you for a tax payment.
Please allow an additional 3-5 working days during busy holiday shopping periods, the launch week of a new product line, or when an item comes back in stock
* Delivery estimates are average only and may vary. 98% of orders are dispatched on time, however we cannot be responsible for carrier delays outside our control.

- £3.49 within mainland UK (FREE shipping on orders above £60) or £4.99 for express shipping.
- £8 to Europe* (FREE shipping on orders above £90).
- £12 to USA/Can, Singapore, HK (FREE shipping on orders above £120 or approx. USD 150).
- £15 to Australia, Ireland, Turkey (FREE shipping on orders above £150).
- £20 to U.A.E/Middle East**, South Africa (FREE shipping on orders above £200).
- £25 to rest of Africa, rest of Asia, NZ (FREE shipping on orders above £300).
- £30 to Caribbean islands (FREE shipping on orders above £400).
Separate customs may be applicable in some countries (see below).
*does not include: Rep. of Ireland, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Portugal, Poland, Turkey (all £12-£15 & Free Shipping £120-150+) or Gibraltar (£25), or Iceland (£45).
** due to current regional geopolitical events, shipping to the gulf region has been suspended. Update 2nd May 2026 (7pm GMT): shipping to UAE and Saudi Arabia resumes; but other gulf states remain closed.
SHIPPING DESTINATIONS:
- We ship worldwide, except for India, Malaysia, Philippines and Spain (all due to customs issues) and selected islands at present. Please use a mail forwarder such as 'Shop & Ship' or 'Forward2Me' if we do not ship to your country, (apart from Spain).

CUSTOMS & TAXES:
International taxes might be applied depending on your country's taxes policy. These are charged separately by the courier, who collects on behalf of your government. These are NOT included in our shipping fee or free shipping. Where customs taxes are applicable, the courier may also charge a nominal handling fee to process the payment.
Goods may be held at the border if duties are not paid. In very rare cases of non-payment, the items may not return back to us, meaning that we cannot refund the order.
Customs duty is calculated as a percentage of the total value of the order including postage fee. The percentage or rate varies depending on the type of goods. You can use this Import calculator tool to estimate the duty payable.
As an approx. guide, you can see a list of popular destinations below for combined customs duty and/or VAT:
- AUSTRALIA: 10%
- CANADA: 5-15%
- EU: 20%
- South Africa: 40+%
- UAE: 10%
- USA: 10% (new)*, 20% for sunglasses.
For example an order value of £200 will cost £220 overall including Customs/VAT to a buyer in Australia at a rate of 10%.
*From 25 August 2025, a 10% Trump Tariff will apply at checkout on all skincare & haircare products, as the sub-$800 order exemption expires. This charge will be covered by us as the shipper, on your behalf. Please allow for extra customs processing delays at the border; normal shipping time estimates will not apply during this period of transition.
