Warning: In general, only apply the products in this range on normal, clean skin, not if cracked or very dry/sensitive. In the rare event of skin irritation or an allergic skin reaction, please discontinue use and contact your doctor if required.
Please do not use 'Antioxidant Power Serum' if pregnant.

1. How long would Daily Range products last for?
This will vary for each product and person, however, if usage guidelines are followed, the average duration may be 4-6 weeks approx.
2. Is the Daily Range suitable for pregnancy & breastfeeding?
The range is suitable for pregnancy with the exception of the 'Antioxidant Serum'. If unsure or your circumstances vary, please check with your doctor.
3. Is the Daily Range suitable for all skin types?
Yes it is suitable for all skin types, however persons with very sensitive skin / rosacea / active skin conditions etc. should AVOID the 'Exfoliate to Glow' chemical exfoliator.
4. Can you use the Daily Range with Dr. V Hyperpigmentation kits / other professional treatments?
The cleansers, moisturiser and toner can be used, but NOT the 'Exfoliate to Glow' or 'Antioxidant Serum' please. In general, exfoliating washes/scrubs should not be used with anti-pigmentation treatments.
INDIA-BASED CUSTOMERS: Full Shipping address must exactly match the address on your Personal/National ID. If not, Indian Customs will refuse or destroy the package.
AUSTRALIA-BASED CUSTOMERS: Couriers will not accept parcel lockers / PO Boxes as a Shipping Address.

- UK orders may take 3-5 business days (estimate) to be delivered to you and we dispatch after 1 business day.
- International orders take 14-28 business days (estimate only) to be delivered via standard shipping (or 10-15 business days via the Express Courier option) and we dispatch after 2 business days.

The customs value is made up of the price paid for the good, the insurance cost, the shipping cost.
Customer is responsible for any local customs and import duty charges that may be applicable depending on the geographic area. Goods may be held in transit at the border if customs/duties are not paid.
> RETURNS & REFUNDS
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return of an unused product. The item should be returned promptly after that time.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You will be offered a replacement, partial refund or full refund depending on the nature of damage.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, less shipping fee paid. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
The maximum refund in case of damages or non-delivery of item is the full value you have paid for the products including taxes and shipping. Further compensation cannot be offered for delays, errors, reactions or any other issue.
