If you did not receive a shipping confirmation yet, it may be you placed the order in a LAUNCH week of a new product, where it is advised that it may take an extra 7 working days to post your item. Please note that weekends and bank holidays are not working days for us.
If you received the shipping confirmation email and placed an international order (we ship from the UK), please check the tracking link to see if the item is held up at customs in your country and/or if they are trying to contact you, to pay a customs tax for example.

We ship worldwide (except for Scandanavia, South Africa, Middle East and other selected countries). If your country is not available from the shipping options in the shopping cart, please note that we cannot ship there, apologies.
Shipping times (estimates only):
UK orders take 3-5 business days to be delivered to you and we dispatch after 1 business day.
International orders take 14-28 business days to be delivered via standard shipping (or 5-10 business days via the Express Courier option) and we dispatch after 2 business days.
Please allow an extra 7 working days for deliveries during the 'Launch Week' of a new product. A Lauch Week is approx. 10 days after the a product is made available for sale or restocked.
There can also be extensive delays during the COVID-19 pandemic depending on the country of purchase.

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. The item should be returned promptly after that time. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You will be offered a replacement, partial refund or full refund depending on the nature of damage.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, less shipping fee paid. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too, and the amount you receive back may be different than what you paid if converting currencies from GBP (British Pounds).
The maximum refund in case of damages or non-delivery of item is the full value you have paid for the products including taxes and shipping. Further compensation cannot be offered for delays, errors, reactions or any other issue.
